I booked for a consult after having a bad experience in the past. Hayley talked me through the anatomy and gave advice that put my mind at ease and helped me to feel comfortable with everything we did. It felt like an enhancement as opposed to a change in appearance. Definitely more my vibe.

Best hydrafacial ever! Amazing recommendations for skincare and samples made so I could try. Sophie was so knowledgeable and helpful. The price was amazing with $50 redeemable back on skincare which is just amazing! Have booked my next facial for in a months time, cannot wait!!

Therapist Sophie is exceptional! Attentive, knowledgeable, never hear her moving around the room, soft and gentle. I feel nurtured, fresh and relaxed. On top of everything I could feel the enzyme pulsing and doing its job as I relaxed. I loved my experience today.

Upon entering Youth Lab in Dunsborough, I was met with a warmth and friendliness that was very inviting from both ladies at reception. The therapist assigned to me, Grace, listened intently to my skin concerns and carefully explained best options. I walked out feeling refreshed, revived and incredibly content. Grace is kind, thoughtful and she evokes an obvious care for her work. Thank you for the lovely experience, Youth Lab in Dunsborough. I will back next time I visit Dunsborough.

Nurse Hailey was fantastic, we ended up going with a treatment different to what I booked, but aligned so much better with my goals. Amd booked me in for a complimentary skin consultation, which I can't wait for. Thank you!
